The Nova Scotia government has now ended the Equity Tax Credit program for cooperatives. The Acadia Cinema Cooperative still offers shares for purchase at any time of the year. Your share makes you a voting member of the Acadia Cinema Co-op, the non-profit organization which oversees the operations of the Al Whittle Theatre.
